Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer focused Sales Associate/ Sr. Sales to join our team. The role requires a robust sales- oriented approach, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to contribute to sales growth while maintaining high standards across store operations.

Key responsibilities

· Maintain strong knowledge of product, pricing and promotions; and effectively handle customer queries and complaints.

· Understand customer needs, provide product recommendations, and deliver exceptional luxury customer service through effective selling.

· Monitor stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, maintain accurate inventory records, identify and resolve stock discrepancies, and ensure products are presented according to visual merchandising standards.

· Mentor and guide the team to deliver a consistently elevated, personalized, and premium customer experience.





· Manage point-of-sale activities accurately, including billing, payments, and exchanges, while ensuring adherence to internal SOPs and established operational processes.

· Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by effectively converting customer interactions into sales and contributing to overall revenue growth.

· Demonstrate premium products with in-depth knowledge of their features, benefits, quality, and usage to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

· Candidate must have 1-5 years of retail experience or similar experience on the sales floor.

· Maintains a polished and professional presence, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that reflect the exclusive, high-end standards and premium image of a luxury brand.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
