Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Greet customers and understand their eyewear needs.

- Assist customers in frame selection, lens options, and product features.

- Provide accurate product information and help customers make informed decisions.

- Maintain a positive, helpful, and professional attitude at all times.

Sales & Store Targets

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Support upselling and cross-selling based on customer requirements.

- Ensure high conversion rates through effective customer engagement.

Store Operations

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual standards of the store.

- Ensure product displays, frames, and accessories are arranged as per VM guidelines.

- Participate in daily store opening and closing activities.

Inventory Management

- Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging current stock.

- Maintain stock accuracy through regular counting and replenishment.

- Report low-stock items or discrepancies to the store manager.

Billing & Cash Handling

- Operate POS systems for billing and payments.

- Ensure accuracy in billing, returns, and exchange processes.
