: Sales Associate Lenskart Store

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lenskart store team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their eyewear needs, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting frames and lenses
- Explain product features, offers, and lens advantages
- Perform basic eye tests/vision checkups (after training)
- Maintain store hygiene, display, and inventory
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets
- Handle billing, customer orders, and after-sales support

Training:

- Mandatory 22 days of functional training at Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
- Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service & eye testing
- Salary starts from Day 1 of training

Requirements:

- Good communication skills
- Customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to learn and work in a team

Education & Experience:

- Minimum 12th pass with 1 year of experience, OR
- Graduation completed (Fresher can apply)
