We are seeking an energetic and customer-driven Sales Associate specializing in Men’s and Boys’ Ethnic Wear. In this role, you will help male shoppers and families select traditional and modern traditional attire—including Sherwanis, Kurta Pyjama sets, Nehru jackets, Indo-Western suits, and matching boys' festive collections for weddings, festivals, and celebrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Styling &
- Consultation:

Provide expert guidance on Men’s and Boys’ festive, wedding, and formal traditional wear, helping clients choose appropriate cuts, colors, and fabrics for specific occasions.

- Fit &

- Measurement Assistance:

Assist customers with trying on garments, taking basic measurements (chest, waist, shoulder, collar, length), and coordinating custom alterations/tailoring requests.

- Cross-Selling &

- Pairing:

Recommend matching accessories such as safees/turbans, stoles/dupattas, brooches, mojaris/footwear, and father-son matching combos to maximize sales.

- Store Presentation &

- Merchandising:

Maintain crisp displays on mannequins, ensure garment racks and folded stocks are organized, and keep high-value items (like embroidered sherwanis) properly stored.

- Stock &

- Inventory:

Unpack new stock arrivals,



conduct regular inventory checks, and organize backroom sizing racks for easy retrieval.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Prior experience in men’s fashion, suitings/shirting, bridal/grooms wear, or retail sales preferred.

- Product Familiarity: Understanding of men's ethnic garment cuts, fabrics (silk, jacquard, linen, velvet), and traditional embellishment styles.

- Communication: Friendly, professional demeanour with strong verbal skills to engage grooms, fathers, and families effectively.

- Physical Ability: Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting inventory boxes (up to 20–25 lbs).

- Flexibility: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak wedding/festival seasons.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
