Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Pune City.

The Sales

Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, present solutions and services, and support the sales cycle from initial outreach through closing. Daily responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product or service demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, gathering client feedback, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Solid understanding of basic sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within startup or B2B environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms to track activities and report progress.
- Goal-oriented mindset with resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to learn about startups, business models, and new industries.
- Prior experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development is preferred but not strictly required.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
