Job Overview

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring customers have a memorable shopping experience. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect eyewear solutions, educating them about our products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, professional shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Assist customers in selecting eyewear that suits their needs, preferences, and budget by sharing expert product knowledge.
- Sales: Drive sales by recommending suitable products, upselling, and meeting individual sales targets.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Fitting and Adjustments: Help customers with fitting eyewear and perform basic adjustments to frames.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management,



including receiving and stocking merchandise and ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about different lenses, frames, and eyewear accessories, ensuring they are well-informed about their purchase.
- Cash Handling: Handle transactions accurately, including operating the cash register and processing payments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
- 12th Pass + Experienced can apply
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Passionate about fashion and eyewear trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales systems or POS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
