We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail store team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and assist walk-in customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Explain product features, offers and promotions.

- Handle customer queries and ensure excellent customer service.

- Maintain product displays, stock and store cleanliness.

- Support billing and other store operations.

- Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

Requirements:

- 12th pass / Graduate.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Confident, energetic and target-oriented.

- Comfortable working in a retail/mall setting.

- Retail or sales experience preferred

- Candidate must have experience in Apparel & related industry

- Willing to work rotational shifts.
