#Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Micro Store Captain to manage daily store operations, maintain inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and comfortable handling multiple operational activities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
- Maintain product displays, store organization, and presentation standards.
- Coordinate with the central team for stock replenishment and dispatches.
- Assist customers, address queries, and provide a positive in-store experience.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and store activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and share operational updates with management.




- Follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
- Identify and resolve routine store-level operational issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, store operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a strong interest in retail operations may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site and manage daily operational responsibilities independently.
