Position Title:

HR Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join the team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations across our retail pharmacy and clinic network, working closely with store managers and leadership to drive recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management.

- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment through various job portals and walk-in drives
- Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees across all store locations
- Maintain a secure and up-to-date database of all employee information
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters
- Promote and develop employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and morale
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal compliance




- Collect and assess HR data for performance management; provide inputs during appraisal and bonus discussions
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees on matters relating to leaves, compensation, and grievance resolution
- Provide strategic HR inputs to management for continuous improvement of work culture and employee development

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (essential)

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist (essential)
- Prior experience in the retail pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred

Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, labour laws, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRMS software (experience with Greythr preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities across a multi-location retail workplace
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
