Retail Medical Insurance Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail Medical Insurance Sales Executive for one of our clients. The role is ideal for an energetic and customer-focused professional who can generate leads, understand customer needs, and convert opportunities into individual and family medical insurance sales.

What You’ll Do

- Generate leads and actively follow up with prospective customers.
- Contact and qualify inbound and company-provided leads.
- Understand customers’ healthcare needs and budget.
- Recommend suitable individual and family medical insurance plans.
- Explain coverage, benefits, premiums, hospital networks, exclusions, and policy terms clearly.
- Assist customers with applications and required documentation.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.

Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have:
- 1–2 years of experience in Individual Medical Insurance Sales, preferably.




- Candidates with relevant Marketing experience may also be considered.
- Ability to generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into sales.
- Solid customer interaction and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of customer needs and ability to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone and in person.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and CRM systems.
- A target-oriented and positive approach to sales.
- Arabic or other regional language skills will be an advantage.

Education A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Candidates with a Higher Secondary qualification and relevant experience may also be considered.
