Key Responsibilities

​Store Visits & Operations: Regularly visit all bakery outlets to ensure smooth daily operations, high hygiene standards, and attractive product displays.

​Team Leadership & Support: Work alongside outlet staff, build positive relationships, understand their needs, and motivate them.

​Effective Communication: Act as a bridge between management and store teams to ensure explicit instructions and seamless execution.

​Quality & Customer Service: Maintain top-notch food safety standards, minimize wastage, and ensure excellent customer service across all branches.

​Requirements:

​Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B;), Bakery, or Retail sector is mandatory.

​Willingness to work on the floor alongside the shop staff.

​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

​Willingness to travel across nearby outlets (Valid driving license required).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
