Role Summary

Churchgate Hospitality is seeking energetic and guest-focused service professionals to join its restaurants. The ideal candidate will deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service while ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain dishes and beverages, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Take and accurately process food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties.

Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafs,



or hospitality establishments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant service etiquette.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and flexible shifts.
