Reports to: Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager
Job Summary: The Shift Manager is responsible for supervising shift operations, managing staff on duty, and resolving any on-ground issues to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift Supervision: Oversee all activities during a designated shift to ensure efficient service.
- Staff Management: Manage staff on duty, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to grooming and hygiene standards.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-ground issues, customer complaints, and operational bottlenecks in real-time.
- Cash & Inventory: Manage cash handling, end-of-shift reconciliations, and monitor inventory levels during the shift.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2.5 years of relevant experience in a QSR or restaurant environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
