Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations at our high-volume restro-bar. You will be responsible for driving venue atmosphere, revenue growth, team performance, and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor & Operations: Oversee FOH/BOH service, maintain high venue energy/vibe, and manage guest relations during peak late-night hours.
- Financial Performance: Manage P&L;, control food/beverage/labor costs, track inventory, and optimize table turnover.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate service, bar, and kitchen teams to maintain top hospitality standards.




- Event Execution: Coordinate with event managers and DJs to execute live music, themed nights, and special activations.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, liquor licenses, and local regulations.

Requirements

- 35+ years of GM experience in high-volume restro-bars, lounges, or nightlife venues.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; operations, bar management, inventory software, and P&L; management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and floor management skills.
- Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
