Position: Response Management Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

We are looking for a Response Management Executive to handle customer queries, complaints, and responses across digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good writing ability, and experience in digital/media monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries and complaints across digital and social media platforms.
- Monitor social media and digital platforms using tools such as Meltwater, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
- Draft clear, relevant, and tailored responses to different queries and complaints.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.




- Monitor response status and ensure timely resolution/escalation of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate and consistent responses.
- Maintain a professional tone and ensure high-quality communication across platforms.

Skills Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of English.
- Valuable understanding of social media and digital platforms.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Good reporting and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Knowledge of social media monitoring tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
