Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North, with compensation up to 6 LPA. The role involves meeting clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and budget, and translating these requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing residential design concepts.

The designer will create mood boards, space plans, and construction drawings; select materials, finishes, and FF&E; and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Daily responsibilities include site visits, quality checks, revision of design drawings as needed,



and clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The role also requires staying updated on current design trends, sustainable materials, and best practices in residential interiors.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and visually appealing residential layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop accurate plans and support on-site execution.
- Experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and accessories.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and work effectively on-site.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with a client-centric and detail-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in residential interior design; familiarity with local building codes and materials in Bengaluru is an advantage.
