Position Title: Residential Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide 24/7 medical care support for residential students (shift-based duty).

- Conduct routine health check-ups and maintain student medical records.

- Administer medications as prescribed by doctors.

- Handle first aid, emergencies, and minor illnesses/injuries.

- Coordinate with nearby hospitals/clinics for serious medical cases.

- Monitor students with chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.).

- Maintain infirmary cleanliness, supplies, and medical inventory.

- Educate students on basic hygiene, nutrition, and wellness.

- Communicate with parents regarding student health concerns.

- Ensure compliance with school health and safety policies.

Qualifications:

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM with valid registration.





- Minimum 2–5 years of experience (preferably in schools or pediatric care).

- Certification in First Aid & CPR.

Skills Required:

- Strong clinical and emergency response skills

- Compassionate and child-friendly approach

- Valuable communication and record-keeping

- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
