Core Duties and Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct day-to-day functions across the front desk, rooms division, housekeeping, food and beverage, engineering, spa, and recreation services.

- Financial and Budget Control: Manage resort budgets, track room and activity revenue, control expenses through peak and lean seasons, and handle corporate or owner reporting.

- Human Resources &
- Leadership:

Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise department heads and staff, managing seasonal staffing changes and performance reviews.

- Guest Experience &

- Quality Control:

Oversee high-tier customer service, personally handle VIP guests and responsible complaints, and maintain service, hygiene, and safety standards.

- Facility &

- Maintenance Oversight:





Conduct regular property walks to ensure pools, grounds, rooms, and technical infrastructure operate safely and cleanly. [1, 2]

- Compliance &

- Safety:

Enforce local health, security, fire safety, and regulatory guidelines across all resort facilities.

- Sales &

- Revenue Strategy:

Monitor occupancy trends, optimize average room rates, and plan marketing or seasonal packages to drive bookings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
