Job Title: Hotel Reservations Executive Location: Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu We are looking for an organised, guest-focused Reservations Executive to manage room bookings and guest enquiries for our hotel. The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, maintain accurate reservation records and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities - Handle booking enquiries through telephone, WhatsApp, email, the hotel website and online travel agencies.

- Explain room categories, tariffs, facilities, packages and booking policies clearly to guests.
- Process reservations, modifications and cancellations accurately.
- Monitor OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip and Booking.com for booking updates.
- Maintain accurate room availability and coordinate with front office to prevent overbooking.
- Send booking confirmations and follow up on pending enquiries and payments.
- Verify payments with accounts and maintain updated payment records.
- Record guest preferences, arrival times, airport transfers and special requests.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest arrivals.




- Promote direct bookings and recommend suitable room upgrades and packages.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and provide clear shift handovers.
- Handle guest information confidentially and follow hotel policies.

Candidate

Requirements - Good spoken and written English; Hindi and Tamil communication skills are preferred.
- Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp and Excel.
- Solid attention to detail, follow-up skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and work in coordination with other departments.
- Previous hotel reservations, front-office or customer-service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel reservation software and OTA extranets is an advantage.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
