Role Description The Reservations Agent is a full-time, on-site role based at Raviz Hotels & Resorts in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for handling incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email, confirming bookings, updating reservation systems, and ensuring accurate guest information.

The Reservations

Agent coordinates with front office and other departments to manage room availability, special requests, and group bookings, while maintaining clear and professional communication with guests and colleagues. Daily tasks include responding to guest queries, providing information on room types, rates, and packages,



processing modifications and cancellations, and following standard operating procedures to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining detailed records, adhering to brand standards, and delivering courteous, efficient service in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
- Proficiency in reservations-related tasks, including Reservations handling and basic Receptionist Duties.
- Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to manage high volumes of calls calmly and efficiently.
- Comfort with hotel reservation software, basic computer skills, and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, with flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to guest needs and service recovery.
- Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office, or hospitality operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
