Role Description This is a full-time, in office Research Development – Pharmaceuticals role based in Jaipur. The role involves designing and conducting laboratory experiments related to pharmaceutical and specialty organic chemical development, including formulation and process optimization.

Responsibilities include planning and executing R&D; projects, analyzing experimental data, documenting findings, and preparing technical reports. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining laboratory equipment and safety standards, and staying current with scientific literature and regulatory guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical R&D.;

Qualifications

- Strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Research skills, with experience in experimental design and problem-solving.




- Proficient Analytical Skills for interpreting data, validating results, and supporting data-driven decisions.
- Solid Laboratory Skills, including handling chemicals, operating instruments, and complying with safety protocols.
- Effective Communication skills for documenting work clearly and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical development processes, quality standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical R&D;
