We are looking for an experienced R&D; Manager – Waterproofing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in waterproofing product formulation, development, testing, and scale-up within the Construction Chemicals industry.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead development and optimization of waterproofing formulations .
- Work on cementitious, polymer-based, acrylic, PU and other waterproofing systems.
- Drive new product development, laboratory trials, testing, and scale-up .
- Evaluate raw materials, polymers, additives, and formulations.
- Troubleshoot product issues and conduct RCA & corrective actions .
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Procurement, and Technical teams.




- Support product commercialization and cost optimization .

? What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Construction Chemicals / Waterproofing R&D; .
- Strong hands-on experience in waterproofing formulation and product development .
- Degree/Master’s in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field .
- Valuable knowledge of cement chemistry, polymers, additives, and construction chemical raw materials.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
