Job Summary

The Research Doctor will be responsible for conducting clinical and observational research related to Ayurvedic treatments, therapies, and healthcare products. The role involves data collection, documentation, literature review, patient monitoring, and coordination with medical and research teams to support evidence-based Ayurvedic healthcare practices.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Research

- Conduct and support clinical research studies in Ayurveda.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain research records.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret clinical data.
- Ensure compliance with research protocols and ethical guidelines.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate research documentation and case records.
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Assist in the development of research publications and articles.
- Ensure proper data management and record keeping.

Literature Review

- Review scientific literature, journals, and research papers related to Ayurveda.
- Stay updated with advancements in Ayurvedic medicine and healthcare research.




- Support the development of research-based treatment protocols.

Coordination

- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, operations teams, and external research partners.
- Assist in organizing research activities, trials, and patient follow-ups.
- Support regulatory and compliance requirements related to research projects.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and clinical practices.
- Understanding of clinical research methodology.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret medical and research data.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.

Qualification

- BAMS (Mandatory)
- MD (Ayurveda) preferred.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in clinical research, Ayurvedic practice, healthcare research, or medical documentation.
- Fresh MD Ayurveda candidates with strong research interest may also be considered.
