About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, intellectually curious and research-driven Research Analyst & Scriptwriter who can transform complex information into engaging, impactful and thought-provoking video scripts.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional research abilities, strong analytical thinking, excellent Hindi storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling scripts for both short-form and long-form YouTube content.

We are looking for someone who can go beyond surface-level information, uncover lesser-known facts, connect different perspectives and deliver meaningful insights with practical life lessons.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deep Research & Fact Verification

- Conduct in-depth research using credible books, research papers, government reports, historical records, reliable publications and AI Tools.
- Cross-verify facts, statistics, historical claims and references before including them in scripts.
- Identify lesser-known facts, unique perspectives and valuable insights.
- Maintain proper source documentation and research references.
- Distinguish established facts from interpretations, assumptions and disputed claims.

1. Documentary & Long-Form Scriptwriting

- Develop highly researched YouTube documentary scripts.
- Create compelling narratives with powerful hooks, structured storytelling, logical progression and impactful conclusions.
- Convert complex topics into simple, interesting and easy-to-understand Hindi scripts.
- Integrate real-life examples, case studies, historical connections and practical takeaways.
- Develop scripts that maintain audience curiosity and retention.

1. Short-Form Content Writing

- Write engaging scripts for YouTube Shorts,



Instagram Reels and other short-form formats.
- Develop strong opening hooks and concise, high-impact storytelling.
- Create motivational, educational, psychological and fact-based scripts.
- Deliver unique perspectives instead of generic or repetitive motivational content.

1. Subject Research & Current Affairs

- Research Indian and Rajasthan history, significant personalities and historical events.
- Analyse current national and Rajasthan-related issues.
- Explore education, psychology, society, economy, science, technology and human behaviour.
- Research inspiring real-life stories, success and failure case studies, and important social developments.
- Connect relevant research findings with practical lessons for students and young audiences.

1. Content Strategy & Creative Development

- Identify high-potential and trending video topics.
- Develop original content ideas with robust audience appeal.
- Prepare research briefs, video outlines, titles and storytelling angles.
- Collaborate with the Content Head, Academic Team and Video Production Team.
- Improve scripts through feedback and performance analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command of Hindi writing and natural spoken-Hindi storytelling.
- Strong proficiency in researching English and Hindi sources.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, critical reasoning and fact-checking abilities.
- Strong understanding of Indian and Rajasthan history, current affairs and general knowledge.
- Ability to simplify complex subjects without compromising factual accuracy.
- Understanding of competitive-exam students, their challenges, psychology and aspirations.




- Strong documentary storytelling and audience-retention techniques.
- Familiarity with AI-powered research tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and other relevant tools.
- Ability to conduct independent research across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent creativity, originality, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in research-based YouTube content, documentaries, journalism, educational content or investigative research.
- Background in History, Political Science, Journalism, Mass Communication, Literature or related disciplines is an advantage.
- Candidates with strong UPSC/RPSC preparation backgrounds and exceptional research and writing skills may also be considered.
- Demonstrated portfolio of high-quality, research-backed scripts.

Note: Research capability, storytelling quality and practical skills will receive greater weight than formal educational qualifications.

- Original, well-researched and plagiarism-free scripts.
- No unverified facts, fabricated references or misleading claims.
- No direct AI-generated copy-paste submissions.
- Every major factual claim must be supported by credible sources.
- Scripts must combine Research Depth + Storytelling + Audience Engagement + Practical Value.
- Content must be accurate, balanced, engaging and genuinely useful to viewers.
