Research Analyst – Defence, Aerospace & Precision Engineering

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Research Analyst specializing in the Defence, Aerospace, and Precision Engineering sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth fundamental and financial research on companies in the Defence, Aerospace, and Precision Engineering sectors.
- Prepare detailed equity research reports, company valuations, financial models, and investment recommendations.
- Track industry developments, government policies, defence orders, and sector-specific growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong skilled relationships with Fund Managers, Buy-Side Research Analysts, institutional investors, and other market participants.
- Present investment ideas and research findings to institutional and other relevant clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Relevant experience in equity research,



preferably in the Defence, Aerospace, and Precision Engineering sectors.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and equity markets.
- Excellent analytical, financial modelling, and report-writing skills.
- Strong existing professional network with Fund Managers and Buy-Side Research Analysts is essential.
- Good communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as CFA, MBA (Finance), CA, or equivalent are preferred.
