Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst with solid research, writing, and report preparation skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing industry and market information, identifying relevant insights, and converting research findings into well-structured reports, articles, presentations, and other business content.

The role requires excellent written English, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex information into clear, accurate, and reader-friendly outputs.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct primary and secondary research across industries, markets, companies, sectors, and emerging business trends.
- Conduct secondary research using credible sources such as industry reports, government publications, company reports, research databases, news sources, websites, and other relevant sources.
- Collect, organize, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative information from multiple sources.
- Track industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, business developments, and relevant economic or sector-specific information.
- Analyze research findings and identify key trends, insights, opportunities, and relevant business implications.
- Prepare research reports, industry reports, market reports, whitepapers, case studies, company profiles, research briefs, and executive summaries.




- Structure research reports with appropriate data, findings, analysis, observations, and conclusions.
- Prepare content based on research findings, including articles, blogs, newsletters, presentations, LinkedIn content, and business documents.
- Convert complex research and data into clear, concise, and reader-friendly content.
- Ensure all research-based content is accurate, properly structured, logically presented, and supported by credible sources.
- Conduct fact-checking and cross-verification of information before incorporating it into reports or published content.
- Edit and proofread research reports and content to maintain high standards of grammar, language, formatting, and consistency.
- Work with internal teams such as marketing, strategy, business development, and leadership to understand research and reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of presentations and data-driven business documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of research sources, data, references, and findings.
- Manage multiple research and report-writing assignments simultaneously and deliver within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Journalism, English, Economics, Business, Research, Management, or related fields preferred.
- 6 months–2 years of experience in research, market research, content writing, report writing, business research, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Excellent research, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and information-gathering abilities.
- Ability to identify reliable sources and extract relevant information from large volumes of data.
- Ability to prepare structured and professional research reports and business documents.
- Strong command of written English.
- Ability to present research findings and data in a clear and structured manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Familiarity with online research tools, databases, industry reports, and content platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
