Job Title: Repair Supervisor – Container Trucks

Location: Uran, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise repair and maintenance of container trucks and commercial vehicles.
- Coordinate with mechanics, drivers, and external workshops for timely repairs.
- Identify vehicle issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Handle preventive maintenance and regular vehicle inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors for repair services and maintenance requirements.
- Deal with spare parts vendors for purchasing required parts at competitive prices.
- Source, compare, and negotiate with vendors for spare parts and repair materials.
- Maintain records of repairs, spare parts purchases, and vehicle service history.
- Ensure trucks are roadworthy and available for operations.

Requirements:





- 1–5 years of experience in vehicle repair/maintenance.
- Experience with container trucks, heavy commercial vehicles, or fleet maintenance preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical repairs and troubleshooting.
- Vendor management and spare parts procurement experience preferred.
- Valuable negotiation and coordination skills.
- Candidates from logistics, transport, or fleet operations backgrounds preferred.
