Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Remote HR Recruiters to join our recruitment consultancy team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and ensuring successful candidate joining for various IT and Non-IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary, communication, and other requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and explain the job opportunity to candidates.
- Share shortlisted candidates with the respective HR/Team Lead.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until selection and joining.
- Ensure candidates join on the committed date.
- Maintain daily candidate sourcing and interview reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly joining targets.
- Work closely with the internal recruitment team to close positions within the required TAT.
- Maintain a valuable candidate database for future requirements.
- Provide daily updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, and joinings.

Candidate Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and interest in recruitment can also apply.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently from home.

Preferred Skills
- Recruitment consultancy experience.
- Experience in bulk hiring.
- Knowledge of IT/Non-IT recruitment.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, or other recruitment platforms.
- Good English and regional-language communication skills.

Performance & Target
- Monthly joining target will be assigned based on active requirements.
- Performance will be monitored based on:
- Quality candidates sourced
- Interviews scheduled
- Selections
- Successful joinings
- Candidate retention/replacement performance

Compensation Fixed Salary: Based on experience and interview performance.

Performance Incentives: Additional incentives for successful candidate joinings, as per company policy.
