Job Brief:

- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive qualified to join our Sales Department as a Relationship Officer Swadesh Banking. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide customized financial solutions including savings accounts, loans, and other banking products.




- Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively sourcing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
