Role Description The Relationship Officer – Housing Loan is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the professional will actively generate and manage housing loan leads through direct sourcing, channel partners, and referrals, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Daily responsibilities include explaining loan products and eligibility criteria, assisting customers with documentation, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring smooth processing and timely disbursal of housing loans.





The Relationship

Officer will track sales targets, prepare basic reports on lead status and conversions, and contribute to customer retention through prompt service and follow-up. The role requires consistent field interaction within the region, along with regular online and phone-based customer communication.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and relationship management skills, including lead generation, client servicing, and cross-selling of financial products.
- Knowledge of housing loan processes, documentation requirements, basic credit assessment, and compliance with relevant banking and regulatory guidelines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, internal teams, and external partners in a professional manner.
- Basic analytical and reporting abilities to track targets, monitor conversions, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Comfort with field work in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and ability to balance on-site visits with remote work.
- Proficiency in using standard office and CRM tools for managing leads and documentation.
- Prior experience in housing loans, retail banking, NBFCs, or financial services is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in commerce, finance, or business is an advantage.
