Key Responsibilities

- Products include Vishwas Home Loan and Loan Against Property.
- Manage, develop, and enhance deepening of the relationship with channels (Kotak Branches, DSA, Builder).
- Responsible for cross-selling CASA and TPP.
- Handle a team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.).
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and sales volume.
- Ensure productivity along with location productivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction as measured through NPS metrics.
- Effectively manage working relationships (e.g., Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, etc.) to drive business outcomes.
- Administer and ensure compliance with all business practices.

- Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with field sales activities.
- Two-wheeler and local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
