Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive business loan sales, acquire new customers, manage client relationships, and achieve monthly sales targets. Candidates with experience in Business Loans, MSME Loans, SME Finance, or Loan Against Property (LAP) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire current customers for business loans.
- Identify potential SME, MSME, and self-employed customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Source business loan applications through direct sales, references, and DSA channels.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing and disbursement.
- Collect required KYC and financial documents from customers.
- Achieve monthly sales, sourcing,
and disbursement targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good communication and convincing abilities.
- Knowledge of Business Loans, MSME Loans, SME Finance, or LAP.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Target-oriented approach and willingness to work in field sales.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Business Loan sales or related financial products.
- Experience with banks, NBFCs, or financial services companies preferred.
- Good customer-handling and business development skills.
- CIBIL Score: 650+ preferred.
- Candidates must be comfortable with sales targets and customer visits.
