Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Relationship

Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants, serving as a primary point of contact for queries, concerns, and service requests. Daily responsibilities include onboarding current clients, explaining service offerings, coordinating with internal teams for tenant sourcing, rent collection, maintenance, and legal support, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The role involves regular follow-ups to track service delivery, collecting feedback to improve client experience, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems.

The Relationship





Manager will also support business growth by identifying opportunities to upsell services and enhance customer retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer relationship and client servicing skills, with the ability to handle queries and resolve issues effectively.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening abilities.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, such as managing multiple accounts, tracking follow-ups, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic technology and data-handling skills, including comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and property management platforms.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain services, address objections, and support client retention.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in Gurugram and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
