Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Kanpur.

The Relationship

Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their insurance requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable life and general insurance products. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product information, assisting with quotes and policy purchases, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners, and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on renewals, and contributing to customer retention and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Basic knowledge of life and general insurance products, with the ability to quickly learn and explain policy features and benefits.
- Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple customer interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
- Comfort with digital tools and online platforms used for quotes, payments, and policy downloads.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail in handling customer queries, documentation, and policy processes.
- Ability to work on-site in Kanpur, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced insurance environment.
- Preferred: prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or customer-facing roles; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
