Job Responsibilities:
Position Details
Designation: Relationship Manager
Compensation Package: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Generate sales leads through showroom walk-ins, phone follow-ups, referrals, digital channels, and field visits.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for potential buyers, understanding their vehicle needs, preferences, and budgets.
3. Product Consultation & Test Drives: Provide detailed information on various Maruti Suzuki models, features, pricing, accessories, finance, and insurance options. Schedule and assist with test drives.
4. Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain follow-up records, update lead status, and convert inquiries into booked orders to meet monthly sales targets.
5. Documentation & Delivery: Assist customers with finance approvals, registration, insurance documentation, and ensure a seamless vehicle delivery experience.
6.
Post-Delivery Relationship Management: Maintain contact with customers to build loyalty, encourage referrals, and coordinate initial service-related queries.
Key Skills & Qualifications
1. Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
2. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
3. Technical & Office Knowledge: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication for lead management and reporting.
4. Personal Attributes: Target-oriented, customer-centric, self-motivated, and possessing strong problem-solving abilities.
