Neoteric Properties is a real estate company committed to providing reliable property solutions and building long-term relationships with clients. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Gwalior.

Job Summary The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining robust client relationships, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable property solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain property details, project features, pricing, and investment opportunities to customers.
- Coordinate property site visits and follow up with interested clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to deal closure.




- Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant experience will be preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate sales, customer relationship management, or client servicing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month.
