Job Summary:

The Dedicated Relationship Executive Sub Brokers will act as the primary point of contact for sub-broker partners, ensuring seamless communication, support, and business growth. The role involves assisting sub-brokers with client onboarding, trading, compliance, product updates, and performance tracking to strengthen relationships and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sub-Broker Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-brokers to drive business growth.
- Understand their business models, client base, and challenges to provide tailored support.
- Regularly meet sub-brokers to ensure satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with company objectives.

2. Business Development & Sales Support

- Support sub-brokers in acquiring clients for stock broking, mutual funds, and other wealth products.
- Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns or client engagement programs.
- Monitor sub-broker performance and help them achieve sales targets.

3. Operational & Trading Support

- Assist sub-brokers in account opening,



KYC, DP operations, and trade execution.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients through sub-brokers.
- Help resolve operational issues, trading queries, and system challenges.

4. Compliance & Regulatory Assistance

- Guide sub-brokers on SEBI, AMFI, exchange, and internal compliance requirements.
- Ensure sub-brokers maintain proper documentation and reporting standards.
- Monitor KYC, AML, and other regulatory adherence by sub-brokers.

5. Reporting & MIS

- Track sub-broker performance, revenue contribution, and client acquisition metrics.
- Prepare regular MIS and reports for senior management on sub-broker activities, challenges, and opportunities.

6. Training & Support

- Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for sub-brokers on products, trading platforms, and compliance.
- Share updates on current product launches, trading tools, and market developments.
