About the Role

L&T; Finance is looking for motivated and target-oriented professionals to join its Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP) team in Indore. This is an excellent opportunity for BFSI professionals looking to grow their careers in lending, customer relationship management, and loan sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSAs, channel partners, and open-market sourcing.
- Identify potential customers and understand their loan requirements.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with DSAs and business partners.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly business, sales, and disbursement targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property, mortgage loans, or BFSI sales.




- Good communication, customer-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of loan documentation and the lending process.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
