Experience: BFSI or Insurance experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Generate business through direct sales and customer acquisition.
- Meet prospective customers and explain suitable insurance or financial products.
- Work on company-provided leads and convert them into business.
- Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, and sales presentations.
- Participate in venue marketing, promotional campaigns, and other direct marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain proper documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in BFSI, Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking,
or Financial Services are preferred.
- Candidates must be willing to work in a sales-oriented role and achieve targets.
- Experience in venue marketing, campaign sales, field sales, or direct customer acquisition will be an advantage.
- LIC agents and insurance advisors with good customer networks can also be considered.
- Positive communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Fresh candidates with relevant sales or marketing experience may also be considered.
