Role & responsibilities The primary focus of this role is to serve as the contact point to support the Assignments ( Internal & External) in coordination with field team to manage objective in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with Service Engineers by managing schedules for all Case Types.
- To follow-up with the Site Not ready customers/Stakeholders until the site gets ready till 30 days.
- To ensure the site preparation guidelines are communicated to customers with copy to account holders.
- Triage and prioritize existing Installation Service Appointments to ensure timely response by engineers.
Preferred candidate profile -Any Graduate
-Positive Knowledge in Excel
