Job Profile

National Paints is looking for an experienced Senior Regional Sales Manager (RSM) based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, to lead regional sales operations, expand market presence, and develop a strong dealer and distributor network across Bhopal, Indore, and surrounding upcountry markets.

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 15+ years of relevant sales experience in the Paints, Chemicals, Solvents, Turpentine, or a related industry.

- Robust knowledge of Bhopal, Indore, and Madhya Pradesh upcountry markets.
- Established relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key market players.
- Hands-on experience in dealer and distributor network development.
- Proven ability to appoint new distributors and expand market coverage.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Good understanding of pricing, market competition, product positioning, and sales strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the assigned region and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and manage the dealer and distributor network across Bhopal and surrounding markets.
- Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors.
- Expand market reach and increase sales volumes.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and market opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.

Preferred Candidate

A senior sales professional with 15+ years of relevant industry experience, a strong existing dealer/distributor network, and proven market knowledge of Bhopal and Madhya Pradesh.
