Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Sales Coordinator to coordinate with multiple Regional Sales Managers and their teams, track daily sales activities, collect performance reports, and ensure smooth communication between regional teams and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Regional Sales Managers and their respective sales teams across different regions.
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports from all regions.
- Track sales targets, achievements, client meetings, follow-ups, and overall team performance.
- Follow up with Regional Managers to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
- Prepare sales performance summaries, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor regional sales progress and highlight gaps between targets and achievements.
- Coordinate with sales teams regarding pending tasks, client follow-ups, and business updates.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, client meetings,



and payment updates.
- Act as a communication link between regional sales teams and senior management.
- Support management in reviewing regional performance and preparing sales review meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, MIS reporting, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage data from multiple regions and prepare accurate reports.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and meet reporting deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience coordinating with multiple Regional Sales Managers or sales teams will be preferred.
- Candidates who are comfortable with daily reporting, performance tracking, and sales data analysis are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
