About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Manager with robust healthcare industry experience to drive doctor engagement and platform enrollment across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and healthcare professionals.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare establishments to introduce Nextenti’s platform.
- Engage with doctors and explain the benefits and features of the Nextenti platform.
- Drive doctor onboarding and enrollment on the Nextenti platform.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new opportunities for increasing platform adoption among doctors.
- Achieve regional targets for doctor acquisition, enrollment, and engagement.
- Plan and execute regional marketing and doctor engagement activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for enrolled doctors.
- Track market activities, doctor interactions, enrollments, and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the management.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare marketing / business development / doctor engagement.
- Strong experience in doctor relationship management and healthcare marketing.
- Good understanding of hospitals, clinics, doctors, and the healthcare ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and field-visit capabilities.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Male candidates preferred.
