We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Recruitment & Operations to lead and scale our South Zone business, with a strong focus on contract staffing, temporary staffing, blue-collar bulk hiring, and multi-location workforce management.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing regional staffing operations, driving business performance, leading recruitment teams, and delivering large-scale workforce solutions to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage contract staffing and temporary staffing operations across the South Zone.

Drive high-volume blue-collar recruitment and bulk hiring for multiple client requirements.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, selection, onboarding, and workforce deployment.

Oversee day-to-day staffing operations across multiple locations and client sites.

Drive regional business growth, client acquisition, account management, and client retention.

Monitor hiring targets, recruiter productivity, deployment numbers, attrition, and operational KPIs.

Lead, mentor, and develop recruitment and operations teams to achieve business objectives.





Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, internal stakeholders, and regional teams.

Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.

Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and profitability.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 7–10 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, and operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in contract staffing, temporary staffing, and blue-collar bulk hiring.
- Proven experience managing regional operations, multiple client accounts, and large recruitment or deployment teams.
- Positive understanding of workforce management, staffing operations, labour practices, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in client relationship management, operational planning, and achieving business targets.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, recruitment systems, and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel across the South Zone as required.
- Fluency in English and at least one South Indian language: Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam.
