Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned branches and regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout, and joining coordination.
- Drive bulk hiring initiatives to ensure timely closure of vacancies in line with business requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of current employees, including document verification, joining formalities, induction coordination, and system enablement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, onboarding records, and employee documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular branch visits to support HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and workforce planning activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for branch employees on HR-related queries and support requirements.
- Facilitate employee lifecycle activities such as confirmations, transfers, promotions, separations,



and exit formalities as per organizational guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, HR procedures, and statutory requirements across assigned branches.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of HR issues and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and communication programs at branch and regional levels.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, recruitment dashboards, MIS, and other management reports as required.
- Follow up on manpower gaps and ensure timely recruitment to support uninterrupted business operations.
- Provide support in performance management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile Fresher / Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related discipline.
