Regional Head Indian & MNC Broking – 10+ years - Commercial Lines – Delhi

Are you an experienced General Insurance professional with strong expertise in Commercial Lines and established relationships with Indian and MNC insurance brokers? We are looking for a senior professional to lead broker relationships, drive regional business growth and strengthen the Commercial Lines portfolio.

Location – Delhi/NCR

Responsibilities

- Lead and grow Commercial Lines business through Indian and MNC insurance brokers across the Delhi/NCR region.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key broking houses, intermediaries and corporate clients.
- Drive new business opportunities and achieve regional business and revenue targets through the broker channel.
- Work closely with underwriting, claims and internal teams to deliver appropriate insurance solutions and ensure smooth servicing.
- Monitor broker/business performance and contribute to the overall regional growth strategy.

Requirements

- 8–15+ years of experience in General Insurance / Commercial Lines / Broker Management / Corporate Insurance.
- Strong experience managing Indian and MNC broking relationships and the broker channel.
- Good understanding of Commercial Lines and corporate insurance products.
- Proven track record in business development, relationship management and achieving business targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
