Hiring: Regional Manager – NBFC | Gold Loan & Business Development

Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager with a robust background in Gold Loan NBFC business, lending and business development to drive growth across Gold Loans, Investment Products and Gold Coin Sales.

Preferred Candidates: Retired Bankers, Ex-Bankers from Advances / Retail Lending backgrounds, and experienced NBFC professionals with proven lead-generation capabilities, strong market connections and customer acquisition experience.

Mandatory Criteria:

- Prior hands-on experience in Gold Loan business within an NBFC is essential.
- Ex Bankers from Advances / Retail Lending backgrounds
- Strong business development,



lead generation and relationship management skills are required.

Not Suitable: Candidates whose experience is limited to Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or other non-sales functions, without hands-on business development experience.
