Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage and lead the collection team

✅ Monitor customer outstanding payments and recovery

✅ Follow up with customers for pending payments

✅ Achieve monthly collection targets

✅ Handle credit recovery and overdue accounts

✅ Maintain strong customer relationships

✅ Prepare collection reports and provide regular updates to management

✅ Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams

Skills Required

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in collection/credit recovery

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Team handling and leadership ability

✔ Valuable customer follow-up skills

✔ Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu
