1. Sourcing Executive / HR Recruiter – Portal Sourcing.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Key Responsibilities:• Source white-collar candidates through recruitment portals and online platforms
- Handle headhunting and candidate identification for Russia and other international markets
- Screen profiles as per client requirements
- Build and maintain a solid candidate database
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for interviews and further processing.

Ideal Candidate: Strong sourcing skills, good communication and hands-on experience with recruitment portals.
1. Project Head / Recruitment Coordinator – Recruitment Operations

Experience: 1–2 years Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end recruitment operations for Russia / GCC recruitment projects
- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, clients and internal teams
- Track recruitment requirements, candidate movement and project timelines
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment activities from sourcing to deployment
- Maintain recruitment MIS,



reports and documentation

Preferred: Candidates with experience in GCC/ Russia recruitment operations ( end-to-end recruitment coordination).

? 3. Recruitment Coordinator

Experience: Freshers / Recruitment Experience / Other Industry Experience

We are looking for candidates with a strong personality, confidence and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate recruitment activities and candidate interactions

- Communicate with candidates and internal teams
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain recruitment records and trackers
- Support the recruitment team in day-to-day operations
