We Are Hiring: Recruitment Specialist Location : North Bengaluru (Full-time, On-site, 6 Days Working)

Compensation : ₹3.50 – ₹4.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills , including experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for assessing candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new team members during their integration into the organization.
- Candidates should possess s trong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with a pplicant tracking systems and basic HR tools or software.
- Candidates should possess the ability to build relationships, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a professional,



inclusive approach to hiring.
- Candidates should ideally have prior experience in recruitment or HR, and a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.

What We're Looking For

- Must-Have 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Preferred Experience hiring for Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, Engineering, or Creative Industry roles.
